刘根华，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。

主要研究方向： 

拓扑材料与自旋电子器件，半导体器件、纳米技术、人工智能与材料设计。 

科研情况： 

以第一或通讯作者在Appl. Phys. Lett、J. Appl. Phys、Physics Letters A、EPL、Journal of  Physics: Condensed Matter等SCI期刊上发表论文20余篇，被引超120余次，授权国家发明专利1件。主持国家自然科学基金项目二项、中国博士后面上项目一项、湖南省博士后基金一项、湖南省自然科学基金一项、湖南省教育厅一般项目一项、中国科学院半导体研究所开放课题一项等。
